corkaDoodle - home wine making tools, info, shopping and community forum app for iPhone and iPad

corkaDoodle is a new community and handy app for friendly winemaking. Snooty-free zone. While it is hoped that Master Vintners will one day grace the corkaDoodle forum and share their wine making expertise, its really pretty new and definitely casual. Think of it more like talking to the guy at work that makes wine.

The app provides introductory information about winemaking-- where to buy things, good books, how to get started, wine kits, juice, yeast, bottles, corks, recipes, tools, equipment, help. Open, friendly discussions about what works and what doesnt. Introductory tutorials, detailed step-by-step processes and places to find and share winemaking recipes.

The app also provides live links to an online forum and popular online specialty stores for supplies, great wine and anything else related to winemaking. Find and shop for recommended wine making equipment, ingredients, wine kits, bottles, corks, books, videos, buckets, yeast, juice or anything else with one click on green buttons strewn throughout the app and forum.

Also included is a Private Batch Journal to capture your winemaking notes, photos and recipes, and share them if you want.

corkaDoodle is brand spanking new. We dont have thousands of messages on the forum ...yet. Be the " first on your block " and help make it great!

One of the problems with making wine and giving it away is sometimes people tend to just hang on to the bottles. Not really the best use of wine, in most cases. To which, corkaDoodle says:
